How to Secure Your Date

Okay – so you’ve perused a few images from our portfolio, you’ve read our brief intro to the services we offer, and now you’re ready to book! The next step? Getting in touch and locking in your date! Below is a brief run-through of what our booking process looks like.

Step One: Connect ASAP via Our Contact Form

On average our team books 12-18 months in advance for weddings, so the best thing to do is connect as soon as your date is selected and check our availability. [ Link to Contact Form Here ]

Once I receive your inquiry, you can expect to receive details via your email in 24-48 hours (with exception of Thurs-Sun as we usually travel for weddings). You will receive a brief intro email, a copy of our curated package guide, and examples of our portfolio.

Step Two: Say “I Do” to The Glamour Ranch

Once you’ve fallen in love, and you’re ready to lock in your date, let us know! Availability changes daily, and we’d love to see you on our calendar. Once you’ve officially said “Yes” we will start the booking process.

Step Three: Complete Your Info Request

Once you’ve said “Yes,” I’ll send off a brief info request pertaining to your big day. We request: Contact Info, Event and Venue Details, Allergy Info, Emergency Contacts, etc. You’ll have 24 hours to complete and return via email. Trust me – it’s less overwhelming than it sounds!

Step Four: Contract and Retainer

Once you’ve returned your info request, I’ll plug everything into our contract and return it to you. You’ll also receive a link to your non-refundable retainer. Both are due within 3 days of receipt from our team!

Step Five: The Date is All Yours

Once you’ve signed your contract and paid your retainer, your date is locked in! Dates ARE NOT reserved without all documents being completed and returned.
