Ashley – Owner, Lead Artist, and Creative Lead of The Glamour Ranch
By now you have probably guessed that I’m Ashley, the owner and lead artist at The Glamour Ranch. I got my start in the beauty industry just about a decade ago, and started my independent business in 2018. In addition to offering memorable makeup and hair artistry experiences, I have also launched my own online boutique, and created our very own mink eye lashes with our own formulation of lipglosses as well! I’m an artist and entrepreneur at heart! My husband and I also raise cattle, and have a strong love of all things ranching and agriculture! Truly, I love being involved in all aspects of the business, but my favorite part of all is creating memorable client experiences, and helping them see their beauty and worth through gentle makeup transformations that showcase their natural beauty!
Marissa – Professional Hair Artist
Meet Marissa – mom, hair artist, and livepaintings artist with Paint My Wedding Day! Marissa loves to help the client recognize their full potential through beautiful hair transformations and loves the buzz of wedding day! Marissa has four kiddos, a bunch of fur babies, and spends her days at their farm outside of Alexandria MN. Marissa has been doing hair professionally for just about 15 years and loves to give clients confidence through beautiful transformations! Marissa’s artistry style is boho/romantic and she is well versed in all hair types and textures! 2023 will be Marissa’s third season with us!
Krysten – Professional Makeup Artist
Meet Krysten -wife, mom, makeup artist, and lifestyle blogger! Krysten lives on the Chain of Lakes in Richmond with her two kiddos and husband. She loves all things makeup/beauty and is a total product junkie. Krysten got her start in the beauty world by exploring safe ingredients in personal care and cosmetics. Her love of clean ingredients quickly grew to a love of makeup and artistry. Krysten has been working as a makeup artist with The Glamour Ranch since 2020 and is well versed in all skin types, textures, and tones – she is also trained in airbrush artistry! She’s obsessed with glowing, healthy skin and making clients feel beautiful inside and out! 2023 will be Krysten’s fourth season with The Glamour Ranch!
Susan – Professional Hair Artist
Meet Susan – mama, hair artist, and Owner of Colorful Edge Photography! Susan lives in the Alexandria lakes area and loves all things beauty and lake life! Susan has been a licensed cosmetologist for 14 years and got her start in the beauty industry at a very young age while playing stylist with her grandparents. When she is not behind the comb creating beautiful hair transformations, she is behind the camera capturing beautiful moments of her clients! Susan’s love of client interaction and her attention to detail make her a great addition to the team! Susan is well versed in all hair types, textures, and has a soft romantic artistry style. 2023 will be Susan’s second season with The Glamour Ranch!

Weddings for example are stressful enough to worry about makeup and lashes, and Ashley took that worry off my shoulders. She was professional and her work was flawless. My lashes and my bridesmaids lashes stayed on the whole day. Her airbrush foundation technique lasted the whole day as well and even when my husband got me with a little bit of frosting during cake cutting I just cleaned my face softly and everything was back to perfect.
